Donna has over thirty years experience in business development, marketing and management. She is a results-oriented business and community leader with strong interpersonal skills. Donna held positions of increasing responsibility in the staffing industry prior to opening her own firm, STAFFLink Services in Peachtree City, which she owned and managed for over sixteen years. She began a career in commercial real estate in 2010 with Randolph Williamson (formerly Group VI), a commercial real estate, property management, asset management, development, and construction firm in Peachtree City. At Randolph Williamson, her initial responsibility was leasing up company-owned medical office properties which were then sold to investors. She went on to become a commercial real estate generalist completing numerous sales and leasing transactions involving office, retail, land, warehouse and investment properties. In November of 2017, Donna joined KW Commercial as a Commercial Director. As a licensed Commercial Realtor, she represents sellers and landlords in marketing property and buyers and tenants with site location and negotiation services. Her areas of specialization include: representing landlords and tenants in office and medical office leasing; office, land, retail and warehouse sales; representing investors in purchasing commercial investment property; representing sellers in marketing and selling commercial investment property. As a sales and marketing professional, she is driven to maximize marketing opportunities for her clients as well as relentless in her pursuit to identify prospects for properties she markets. When working with buyers and tenants, she works diligently to understand her clients requirements, study the market, identify potential opportunities, negotiate on behalf of her client and represent her client's best interest.
